On the plus side, staying in to eat on Sunday meant less crowds and some delicious lemon pancakes.

On the minus, it means we missed out on the strange, confused stares we get when [info]lilbrigid and I go out together on Fathers' Day...

I just saw Up too. What did you think? I posted my review in the usual place, but I might have a chance to see it again soon (enthusiastic daughters) so maybe I'll feel differently on a rewatch.

I liked it, but I didn't like it nearly as much as I thought I would. It was good, but lesser, Pixar. I'd probably put it toward the bottom of the batch, say the lower five or so...

I'm off to read your review now!

Yeah, I'm right there with you on that one. Good, but near the bottom of their (impressive) pile. The short didn't really do much for me either.
